52 week project! Week 8

I actually learned something at the photography workshop and thought I'd try it out. Not bad for the first try. It's taking a motion shot without using the Sports mode on the camera. It gives an effect of action. I thought I'd change things up a bit by turning it b&w.
This is during our Saturday Bowl-A-Thon for little league. The boys had a great time. They were pretty competitive but had a blast!

52 week project! Week 7

I couldn't resist taking a picture of my sleeping beauty. She looks just precious holding her favorite crib toy. Every night we have to turn on the musical seahorse to get her to fall sleep. :)
I'm probably cheating by posting two pictures, but I couldn't decide on which one I liked better.

52 week project! Week 6

I took this picture during our trip to Disneyland yesterday. What I like about this picture is not only the beautiful tulips and their color, but that there is one flower that has just a single petal with both pink and white coloring. It was the odd ball of the tulips. Unique :)

52 week project! Week 5

Amy and I make adorable babies! LOL

Last Sunday we hung out at the Ketchum's in celebration of this little man's dedication to our Lord! :) Yay! Although I missed the actual dedication, we did get to spend more time with the family. Aren't they just precious?

52 week project! Week 4

Better late than never?

This isn't the picture I was wanting to post. I have been extremely busy lately. I should have had a picture posted by last Saturday!

I did take this picture last weekend, and wasn't too happy with it. I wanted Wookie's eyes to be sharper. My dog just wouldn't cooperate with me because he kept cowering at the camera. The one thing I did like about this picture is that my dog was actually lying down on his back looking at me, where as in this picture it looks as if he was sitting down looking straight up at me. I love camera tricks. Now only if the lighting was better :)
